"Didn’t Whiten Enough for What I Needed"
I followed the instructions exactly, but my teeth only looked maybe one shade lighter, if that. I was really hoping for a bigger difference because I had plans coming up and wanted my smile to look brighter, so that was frustrating. It didn’t hurt or feel awful to use, but for the price, it felt underwhelming. Maybe it works better for other people, but it kind of ruined what I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t buy it again

"The mint flavor really wasn’t for me"
I tried the mint one because I felt kind of pressured to give it a shot after hearing decent things, but i couldn’t get past the taste. It had this weird chemical flavor that lingered in my mouth way too long, even after I rinsed. Maybe it works great for other people, but I just couldn’t make myself keep using it. For the price, I really expected it to taste a lot less gross.

"Made my teeth super sensitive"
I tried this and my teeth ended up hurting for days, like they were so sensitive every time I drank something cold or even just breathed in a little, so it really wasn’t worth it for me.

"Honestly, it’s just too pricey for me"
The prices are really high, and even with the discounts, it still doesn’t feel like much of a deal. I wanted to like it, but it’s just way too expensive for what I can justify spending...

"Way too runny"
I really wanted this to work, but the gel was just way too runny for me. It spread all over the place and was hard to keep on the tray, which made the whole process frustrating. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I’m not thrilled, and I don’t really trust customer service to do much about it anyway.

I waited a few weeks hoping I’d start seeing some kind of difference, but I’m a little confused because I barely noticed any change at all. Maybe I missed something or it just didn’t work for me, but I’m disappointed

"Still waiting on my refund :/"
I returned my order almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. I emailed them twice, but both replies felt like copy-paste responses and didn’t actually answer my questions. The tracking clearly shows they received the return, so this whole thing has been really frustrating. i don’t think I’ll order from opalescence.com again!!

"Not Sure This Was the REAL Deal"
I ordered whitening gel from Opalescence, the packaging just seemed off to me. It didn’t look or feel like the ones I’ve gotten from my dentist before, and I couldn’t find any clear way to verify if it was authentic. Maybe it’s fine, but I’m not comfortable using it if I’m not sure. Disappointed because I was really expecting the REAL thing.

"Product was fine, but the packing felt careless"
I ordered from Opalescence and the product itself seemed okay. The packaging, though, actually, let me start over, the box showed up a bit crushed, and there really wasn’t much protection inside. One of the items was loose, so the whole thing just felt kind of rushed. For the price, I expected it to be packed better. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made the order feel a little careless.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from opalescence thinking it was gonna come quick, but the shipping was super slow. The tracking hardly updated at all and for days I had no clue where my order even was. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Not really worth the wait for me, especially since the shipping times wasn’t clear enough.

My dentist told me to give it a try, so I did. I was mostly paying attention to whether it actually made a noticeable difference, i didn’t really see one. For me, it just wasn’t worth it

"Bad first impression and barely any whitening"
I’ll be honest, this didn’t make a great first impression on me. I followed the instructions exactly and was hoping to see at least some noticeable whitening, but there was barely any difference. Maybe my teeth looked a tiny bit brighter at first, but after a few days they pretty much looked the same as before. For what it costs, I expected a lot more. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Made my teeth way too sensitive!!!"
I really wanted this to work, but after using it my teeth felt super sensitive and it made me nervous about my enamel!!! Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I ended up stopping because it just didn’t feel worth the risk to me!!!

"Not Worth the Price"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this: I paid quite a bit and didn’t see results that justified the cost. On top of that, the shipping wasn’t cheap either, which made the whole thing feel even less worth it. I really feel like I could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else.

I just tried using the site recently, and my experience wasn’t great. It felt slow, and the menus seemed to keep shifting around while I was trying to find basic whitening information. Maybe it’s just fresh in my mind, but it was frustrating enough that I ended up giving up. Definitely didn’t feel easy to use

I tried Opalescence for a few days and did notice my teeth looked a bit whiter, which was nice. Unfortunately, my gums got irritated and felt like they were burning a little after using it. I even tried applying less gel to see if that would help, but it was still uncomfortable for me. It might work perfectly fine for other people, but my mouth just seemed a bit too sensitive for it. I ended up stopping before I finished the pack

I reached out to opalescence.com with a question about my order, and it took longer than I’d expect to get a response. When they did reply, the answers felt generic and didn’t really address what I was asking. I’m picky about customer service because I think clear communication should be the bare minimum, so having to follow up more than once was frustrating. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience for me.
